Melissa brings 18 years of industry experience to her role as Vice President of Operations of Lighthouse Advisers. In this position, Melissa is committed to delivering exceptional client experiences and works in tandem with the firm’s advisers to make client needs a first priority. Her background includes all aspects of account servicing, relationship management, and regulatory compliance administration, both at independent and wirehouse brokerage firms. Melissa is a lifelong resident of Lake County, Ohio and earned her BSBA degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance from Ashland University. She is a member of the United Way of Lake County Emerging Leaders, and lives with her husband in Mentor, Ohio.
